Nooma

June 20 and 23rd we will be viewing and discussing a Nooma by Rob Bell.  July 4th we join with the adult Nooma class for the remainder of the summer.  These are short films  usually taking on one subject and meant for discussioon.

What does Nooma mean? The name NOOMA is an English phonetic spelling of the Greek word pneuma, which is commonly translated into “spirit” or “breath”. Pneumatology refers to the study of spiritual beings, particularly the interactions between humans and God.

There will be lunch after the service on August 1.
