St. Giles has begun a sister church relationship with our nearest church neighbor, Westwood Baptist Church. Our first joint activity was a Thanksgiving Service on November 24, 2010. Pastor Michael Black and his Deacons graciously welcomed us to their sanctuary for this service. Our Pastor, Keith Hill, preached; our Student Minister, Matt Randolph, joined Michael Black in leading worship; and our Choir joined with the Westwood Choir to lead the music. It was a joyful service indeed, and we’re looking forward to next steps in our sister church relationship. Stay tuned!
The Westwood Women invited the St. Giles Women to breakfast on July 16, 2011. We had a wonderful time of worship, prayer, and feasting on good food, God's word, and great fellowship!
