Dear Parents:
Thank you for registering your children at our 2012 Preschool Summer Playhouse Camps. We are excited that they will be joining us for our third year of camps and activities for children! Be prepared to let the creativity flow as your child steps into an adventure of exploring God’s world through their eyes.
Registration is the first day of your camp and will be outside at the entrance to the preschool next to the playground. At that time we will confirm your registration information, and ask you to fill out an emergency information form. Each morning children will need to be signed in at their classroom and then signed out when they are picked up. Pick up is at 12:00 p.m.
Snack is not provided, so please provide your child with a healthy snack and water each day. Additionally, please send in a change of clothes in the event of an accident. For children not yet potty trained, we will need diapers and wipes as well. All items must be labeled with your child's name.
Payment is expected and due the morning you arrive. We are able to accept cash or checks. We are not able to accept credit cards or debit cards at this time. The cost per child is $85 per camp and includes all supplies.
The children will be using many different artistic mediums during these weeks, as well as playing outside, so please dress your child in play clothes and closed toe shoes. We do not allow crocs, flip flops or clogs during summer camp. Despite our best efforts, paint or other things may get on your child’s clothing. Please keep this in mind when you dress them in the morning.
