General Childcare Information

Illness:  For the health and safety of all of our children, we ask that you bring only healthy children into the childcare area. Please leave your little ones at home if they have had a fever within the last 24 hours.

Allergies: We ask parents to notify the childcare staff of any allergies or special health care needs when they sign their child into their Preschool classroom.  In the case of food allergies, we expect parents to provide their child with an appropriate alternative snack to participate at snack time.  For the health and safety of all, we are a peanut-free facility.  We ask that you refrain from bringing in any snacks for your child that contain peanuts.

Discipline: We use positive behavior modeling, kind suggestions and redirection as our discipline strategy in the preschool classes. Should an unresolvable special need arise during your child's visit to the Preschool Ministry Center, we will use the vibrating pager to contact you.
