This study is intended for those starting out in the Christian life, and is ideal for those who have just completed the ALPHA course .  Based on Paul's letter to the Philippians, the nine sessions provide a practical and positive guide to achieving a life worth living, uncovering in each person a new heart, a new purpose, a new attitude, and a new confidence in the way life is lived.
